Thanks for sharing, Bhaskar!  I'm all about wellness this year and this sounds like an excellent plan to live by. STEPS certainly spells it out making the program 'do-able' for anyone regardless of wellness level! Love it!

Hi, Bhaskar, my favorite is 'embrace new habits.'  They say it takes 7 days for something to become a habit, but much longer to break those unproductive ones.  The STEPS Challenge is a great approach for ensuring positive habits, going forward.  I like it!
